JANA’s team of professionals is exceptionally stable, and the depth of experience within the firm is unrivalled. This, together with our collaborative business model, allows for the collective skills and wisdom to be disseminated throughout the team.
We have over 60 investment professionals, each of them involved in both research and client consulting. Our younger professionals learn alongside their more experienced colleagues, and this produces a natural succession of high quality consultants with experience in both research and client advice.
We have dedicated research teams for each of a broad range of asset classes. Every investment professional researches at least one asset class, and every asset class team includes at least three investment professionals. Again, experience and skills are distributed across the teams, creating balanced yet dynamic structures.
