Superannuation outsourcing

In conjunction with Plum Financial Services, which is also a subsidiary of NAB, JANA offers a full superannuation service to employers. This includes trusteeship, administration and member services as well as investment.

In addition to the implemented consulting service, superannuation outsourcing with Plum offers:

master trust and external trusteeship arrangements
extensive member education and communication including remote areas
call centre and online account access
administration and employer support
web based account access and transactions for members
financial planning for members on a fee for service basis

Under the fully outsourced model, JANA is appointed by the Plum trustee to provide most of the investment-related services, and the outsourced fund becomes a JANA-advised plan within the Plum Superannuation Fund.
