JANA Property Trust

The JANA Property Trust is a multi-manager offering consisting of complementary Australian and Global property trust managers.  Each manager is prepared to take active positions in stocks relative to benchmark.  The portfolio consists of both global REIT managers and Australian REIT managers.

The current Trust includes:

JANA also offers clients property exposure through combinations of the below unlisted property managers, i.e. the JANA Unlisted Property Unit and the JANA Property Trust.

JANA Global Property Trust

This Trust is designed to be a complete portfolio for the Property asset class, and aims to deliver growth by using investment managers who invest and diversify across many companies and securities within that asset class.
