JANA’s implemented consulting service was established in 2002, providing a tailored investment solution for both superannuation and non-superannuation funds.
Our implemented consulting clients benefit not only from the investment skills of JANA but also from the organisational strength and resources of the NAB Group which, through MLC, operates our implemented consulting platform.
Our implemented investment platform is large and extremely well resourced. Because of the volume of funds managed, we have the economies of scale to offer very competitive pricing.
The implemented service builds on our traditional asset consulting services by adding:
- Active performance management
- Active asset allocation
- Manager appointments and terminations
- Mandate/portfolio compliance monitoring
- Active manager configuration
- Performance analysis and reporting
- Unit pricing services (to daily prices)
- Daily portfolio re-balancing
The investment vehicles provide a simple means to access JANA’s research, asset allocation, manager selection and implementation capabilities at a very competitive price. These are high quality investment options that offer manager diversification and include innovative investments in addition to traditional asset classes.
As at 30 September 2008, we managed $8 billion for our 31 implemented consulting clients.
